Each stage has taught me something new, not only about different areas of fitness and how they can improve my life, but it was a great self-discovery journey.

      Alongside I have been through body transformation; I have had terrible issues with body image and self-esteem, through to getting into best shape of my life (so far) and competing on stage in Bikini. I believe that the journey I have been on has provided me with great understanding of what people go through in terms of struggling with their bodies and health, gave me knowledge and experience, and will allow me to provide great first hand insight on how to resolve them, as I understand what it takes to make a change.
